Praise God mom got a glowing report earlier this week! Her PET, CTs, bone scan, all showed NED. What awesome news.
And... My CTs were also clear - thank God! Drs were please with everything and the interferon injections and want me to return in 3 months for follow ups. Dr R did do a biopsy of a mole on my chest that has been there but thought it was darker this time. We won't know the results for a week... Please pray it is just another atypical mole (of which I have a plethora).
Thank you so much for all the prayers and words of encouragement... I definitely feel them and sense of relief knowing our God is all-powerful and the Ultimate Healer.
Update: The mole biopsy was not melanoma. It was an atypical mole. Woohoo!
